2 additional cases of COVID-19 in Roosevelt County, 1 in Curry County

SANTA FE (KSMX)- New Mexico state health officials on Saturday announced 139 additional positive tests for COVID-19 including 2 in Roosevelt County and 1 in Curry County. Per the state Department of Health, the most recent cases are:

  • 19 new cases in Bernalillo County
  • 1 new in Cibola County
  • 1 new case in Curry County
  • 16 new cases in Doña Ana County
  • 5 new cases in Guadalupe County
  • 69 new cases in McKinley County
  • 2 new cases in Roosevelt County
  • 15 new cases in San Juan County
  • 8 new cases in Sandoval County
  • 1 new case in Santa Fe County
  • 1 new case in Socorro County
  • 1 new case in Union County

Roosevelt County has tested 90 individuals whereas Clovis has seen 449 tests.

The Department of Health on Saturday also reported nine additional deaths in New Mexico related to COVID-19 bringing the total number of deaths to 93.

New Mexico has now had a total of 2,660 positive tests for COVID-19:

As of today, there are 161 individuals hospitalized in New Mexico for COVID-19 and a reported 632 cases designated as having recovered by the New Mexico Department of Health.
