WINTRY WEATHER CAUSES DELAYS
EASTERN NM (KSMX) -With the wintry weather that hit our local area overnight, roads are slick and mostly ice covered. As a result, in Roosevelt County, Floyd, Elida and Dora Schools are all on a two-hour delay this morning. Farwell has announced schools will begin at 10 a.m. with busses running on a two-hour delay. No other school delays or closures have been reported as of this newscast. Parmer County officials have announced however, that cases in the 287th District Court have been cancelled; resulting in no jury duty.
