AMBER ALERT ISSUED FOR CARLSBAD GIRL
AMBER ALERT
An Amber Alert has been issued out of Carlsbad for 7-year old Riley Anderson. It is believed that Anderson is with 25-year-old Luke Talley. Talley drives a 2012 white Silverado with New Mexico license plate 608STF. Last know location of the pair was on Rocking R Road, five miles east of US 285 between Carlsbad and Artesia. It is believed the pair could be headed to Ruidoso or Cloudcroft. Riley is described as being 3’ 6” tall, weighing approximately 50 lbs with short blond hair and hazel eyes. Talley is a white male, 6’5” tall, 165 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Talley also has tattoos on both arms. Anyone with details regarding the Amber Alert is asked to contact the Carlsbad Police Department.
